Fast and Secure Delivery:
All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London. Prints are shipped worldwide from their UK studios. Prints are shipped in either a reinforced packaging tube or crumble-proof packaging to ensure damage-free delivery.
Standard Flat Rate worldwide shipping is free of charge and typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that while shipping is free of charge, you will be responsible for any local tax duties.
Delivery Time:
Orders usually ship within 72 hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 7-15 business days depending on your location.
Please reach out to us at hello@curiosityclicks.com if your print hasn’t arrived and we’ll make sure it gets to you.

Sustainability Measures and Carbon Neutral Print Process:
It’s very important to us to be as eco-friendly as possible. We chose our amazing print studio partner The Print Space UK because of their sustainable packaging and end-to-end carbon neutral production cycle. Have a look here for more details on how they do it. We are also partnered with The Word Forest Organisation to further our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint.

Exchanges and Returns:
We are confident that you will love your print(s)! As these are limited edition prints, we do not refund but will exchange your print for one of equal value. Should you want a larger print, simply cover the difference in price between your original and the larger print. You will have 15 days to contact us from the date of delivery to arrange an exchange. You just need to cover shipping costs to get it back to us. Please contact hello@curiosityclicks.com within that time period.
In the rare case of your print arriving damaged, we will gladly replace it for you free of charge. We simply require an email with a photo of the package, print, certificate of authenticity and the order number sent to us at hello@curiosityclicks.com. This is just for us to keep track of these occurrences and then we’ll get the replacement arranged right away.
Our goal is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied!
Certificates of Authenticity & Edition Numbers:
The entire print series included in the CuriosityClicks Print Launch has a limited edition quantity in each size. You can see detailed information on the editions on the product pages. Once the prints sell out in each size and edition, they won’t be available again and we’ll need to keep the creative juices flowing to get you new pieces for your walls!
Each print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity.
It provides the name of the artist, image name, edition number, production date, certificate number, artist’s signature and a hologram authentication patch that is matched by a unique number on both the print and certificate.
Framing:
We currently offer unframed prints only. We don’t want to overwhelm you with decisions! The prints have been sized specifically to fit with universal and readily available framing sizes, making it possible to purchase a frame directly from your local art or design store, thrift store or repurpose a frame you already have! This lets you customize your statement piece once you have seen it and know where you would like to hang it.
